"If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would. I’m from out of town so I don’t have any of my tools with me I needed to change my the belt on my truck. I called 8 shops in the near Johnson city this morning and half of them told me they couldn’t do the job because they didn’t know how to deal with self tensioning belts. One said the only guy he had to do it called in sick today and the few after just had all kinds of excuses. I called H Tek and they were more than willing to help me get my truck back going 100%. I know it’s not possible all the time but they just so happen they had some spare time available and made sure they took care of me which I’m more than grateful for because I work out of my truck. Great attitudes great service and a very clean organized shop. Thank y’all guys for what yall do."
